Our Uptime Guarantee is very simple. We guarantee that your hosting service will be up and available to the internet a minimum of 99.9 percent. If we fail to meet this commitment in any given month you will receive a free month's credit. Our uptime includes power, ping and OS software but does not include any issues regarding your domain name registration or particular files or accounts within your account.
Its that simple. No complicated legal language. Your web site will be up at least 99% of the time or you get a free month. Guaranteed.

Third Party Monitoring: We monitor our servers constantly to ensure accessibility and availability. We use InternetSeer and WebSitePulse.com to monitor our servers 24/7. All of our System Administrators carry pagers. Should a problem occur, we are immediately notified by pager and can begin working on the problem immediately. This ensures that we fix most problems as quickly as possible.
99% isn't good enough
Many hosts guarantee your site will be available 99% of the time it is requested. We think that isn't good enough! This allows them a whopping 8 total hours of downtime during a 30-day period. We expect better; you should too. We guarantee that the server hosting your site will never be down more than 43.2 minutes total a month. We highly doubt even that much.We only update our servers after midnight GMT and on Sunday evenings after 10pm GMT.
